At that time Meditechnology Holdings was the only registered supplier in Sri Lanka for High Flow Oxygen Therapy systems, therefore it was considered it as a national responsibility to supply such equipment within a very short span of time to help health authorities of Sri Lanka to fight the pandemic.
In the area of infection control the company introduced innovative products such as UV lighting systems, Liquide sanitizer disposal units, Air Sanitation equipment to support the national cause.
Meditechnology along with Mindray showcased the latest biomedical technologies at the Annual Academic Sessions of Sri Lanka College of Radiologists 2021/22 which was held at the Cinnamon Grand Colombo on the 19th & 20th February 2022.

Meditechnology together with Mindray donates a Mindray Defibrillator (Beneheart D3) to the College of Anaesthesiologists & Intensivists of Sri Lanka. The donation occurred with the generous objective of facilitating the academics of medical students & professionals.
Meditechnology have provided & are maintaining the biggest installation base of Defibrillators in both government & private hospitals of Sri Lanka. This has helped the medical professionals of the country to save a significant number of lives through out the past.

Meditechnology was awarded the supply and installation of 35 Anesthesia Machines (Mindray WATO35) for the MOH. This has been one of the largest acquisitions by the MOH in the recent past.
Meditechnology was awarded the supply and installation of 25 Ultra sound scanners to deal with the recent Dengue crisis by the MOH - Dengu Unit This also included the supply and installation of 150 infusion pumps (SK 500ll) and150 Syringe pumps (SK 600).
